Shipping policy

Shipping Fees/ Return Labels, Original Shipping Fees and return Shipping fees are NOT refundable. We do NOT provide return shipping labels without a $10 Fee for domestic. International We are not responsible for any shipping fees or return shipping label. 

PICK UP POLICY 

Due to the high amount of fraudulent activity during the holidays and/or big orders . Orders over $200.00 must be picked up at their local Fedex Office. You must bring a form of ID AND YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. There will be a Notification sent to you from Snatch Bans and from USPS that you have only 15 days to pick up your order or all orders will be sent back to Snatch Bans..Snatch Bans will attempt to resend your item back once . if your order has not been picked up on the second arrival and sent back to Snatch Bans you will receive a gift card from Snatch Bans in the amount of your purchase

If your order comes up red flagged, Orange Flagged, Need address consent due to Names and address being different on Billing and Shipping, or If you had issues receiving your first order, Or if you were sent out a partial order snatch bans has the right to send the second half to the shipping carrier for HOLD FOR PICK UP. Snatch Bans also has the right to send any customers package to their local post office from the Discretion of Snatch Bans 

DELIVERY CLAIMS:

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Snatch Bans does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. *ALL ORDER OVER $275 MUST BE PICKED UP AT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE With SIGN SIGNATURE
