Returns


IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Snatch Bans  E-Gift Card. Snatch Bans. LLC  does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Other items must be unused, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, Faja's, undergarments, Waist trainers, workout gear, and accessories are non-refundable. Snatch Bans will allow 1 exchange as long as it meets all the return and exchange policies.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned.If we do not have the packaging slip then we will not know the information to properly process your return. your return may experience issues in processing. Or package will be sent back. 
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must have packaging slips for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Snatch Bans  E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non- Snatch Bans items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

Online Exchange

Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges and will give a E- Store Credit .

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us Page.  Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue

Returning By Mail

For U.S. Domestic customers, we recommend that you return using our Return Portal. For International customers, you may return by mail. To return by mail - Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Mail your return items to our Returns Department at the address stated below:

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Snatch Bans E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Helpful Hint: Snatch Bans is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Ooltewah TN. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Snatch Bans will not issue store credit for your returns.

 

I need to return items purchased with a E-Gift Card, how will I get my Store Credit?

What if I want to return an item(s) I purchased with an E-Gift Card/Gift Card?
Keep your Gift Card or E-Gift Card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

You can return items purchased with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards in accordance with Fashion Nova’s full Online Returns Policy.

The Gift Card or E-Gift Card used will be credited for the total amount paid for the returned items, minus the original shipping charges.


Can I return an E-Gift Card/Gift Card I purchased?
 E-Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law. E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.

How do I know if my returned package was received?

How do I track my return I sent back by mail?

Online Order- You will need to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt and track your package with the tracking number provided. It is recommended that you retain a copy of your return tracking receipt until your return is complete.

RTS (Return to Sender)- you will be able to continue tracking the package with the original tracking number issued. Tracking details will show the indication that the package is being returned to sender, dates and continued updates while in transit back to our Distribution Center.



What happens if my package is Returned to Sender?
Returned to Sender Packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, we cannot guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.


How long does the Returns Process take?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected/used to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please be sure to hold on to your return tracking number for your records until your returns process is completed.


Why would my package be Return to Sender?

The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package during the time of delivery

We are unable to make changes to orders once they've been placed in our system. To ensure proper delivery of your package, make sure your address is entered correctly. You will also need to ensure all relevant information is used including the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) as this is critical to ensuring your package is successfully delivered.


When will I receive my store credit for my returned item(s) or Returned to Sender package?
Once your returned item(s) has been processed by our Returns Team, you will be issued store credit in the form of a Snatch Bans E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email used to purchase your order.


What if I haven't received my store credit for my return and it has been more than 7 business days since the item(s) have been returned to our Distribution Center?

Please create a case with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) returned along with the following:
-Proof of postage/return postage receipt
-A return tracking number
-An RMA number (**if the Online Returns Portal was used to return)
